Fatt Cat Productions would like to invite you to bring your Key Stage 1 & 2 children to a premiere performance of a new musical adaptation of the famous children's story “Laura's Star” penned by local composer Matt Finch and directed by the principal of Curtain Up, Bath's largest independent children's theatre school, Tristan Carter.
“Laura has always wanted someone special to share her thoughts with. One night she finds a broken star outside on her window ledge. Tenderly, she takes the star inside and, as it glows warmly in her hand, she knows that she will be able to tell it all her thoughts...”
This is a magical story about finding a friend to share your thoughts and dreams with and never feeling lonely again.
Children are invited to come wearing pyjamas and dressing gown (and don’t forget their favourite cuddly toy) for this magical, musical, bedtime story.
The show runs at the Mission Theatre, Bath from September 20th to 23rd with special school performances at 1.30pm each day. Ticket price is £3 per child, which includes a souvenir star of their own, accompanying teachers and chaperones enter for free.
The theatre only seats 100 so please book early to avoid disappointment.
To reserve seats or for further information please contact the box office on 01761 239185 or email tickets@laurasstar.co.uk.
We look forward to you joining us on this wonderful adventure.
