Join us on a journey "AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 HOURS" from Thursday 8 April to Sunday 11 April and celebrate with us, through film, the extraordinary and fascinating diversity of the world we live in, and perhaps reflect a little on some of the pressures facing us all today.

Our journey begins at 1 o’clock on Thursday 8th in the centre of Swindon, with an exciting afternoon of films for children and families on the Big Screen, and all sorts of events and entertainment in Wharf Green. Some of the best-known family film characters will be there, as well as local favourites!

After the big send-off, our travels will take us far and wide – Burma, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, Canada, Senegal, India, Japan, and Antarctica are just some of the places on our route. And we will be watching some of the most recent and highly acclaimed films from around the world – the best in World Cinema!
