Disruptive behaviour can prevent effective teaching and create a negative learning environment. This course is bursting with tried and tested strategies to get children and learners focused and engaged in positive behaviour. This course aims to:
* Create a positive environment for children/people to learn
* Implement rules, boundaries, correctives and positive reinforcements
* Discuss strategies to effectively deliver correctives
* Construct an effective graduated response to unwanted behaviour
* Provide strategies to effectively deal with low level to challenging behaviour
* Understand the importance of positive talk
* Build positive adult-child relationships
