Salisbury International Arts Festival is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person with good people skills who can work as part of a small team - you must be able to work independently. This position would suit a recent graduate looking to develop a career in the arts. A can-do attitude is essential as is the ability to work well under pressure.

This post is unpaid but the Festival will cover expenses of up to £400 per month.

You will work normally work part-time but you will need to work full-time throughout the week beginning 18 April and throughout the Festival period (20 May to 4 June). Some weekend working will be required.
