Strengthening Leadership in the Cultural Sector  
 
Applications for 2012/13 Fellowships open Monday 16 January 2012  
 
The Fellowship Programme aims to shape creative leaders through in-depth learning, tailored as far as possible to the needs, aspirations and circumstances of the individuals selected.  
 
Each Fellowship will include:  
• Two intensive residential leadership courses in September/October 2012 and June/July 2013  
• 3 month placement  
• Professional development through mentoring, coaching, training and group learning  
• Time for reflection, discussion and debate.  
 
Closing date for applications is 12 noon Friday 24 February 2012
