One of Cascade Theatre Company's most enjoyable and successful projects involves working with a Cornish community every year.  We run a series of Reminiscence workshops with older people and include local children so that they can hear the older people's memories - bringing history alive and enabling it to continue.  We work with children regularly over a period of months to improve their confidence, self esteem and drama skills. They then develop, with our dramatists, the memories they have heard from the older people into an art and drama extravaganza including a play. 

We run art workshops alongside this work to create the props and scenes for the performances. The final large community play is performed at a local venue over several days.
