Next Stage is a non-professional theatre company based in Bath. In existence since 1994, it has achieved a reputation for delivering challenging and innovative productions to a professional standard. Next Stage is committed to staging 20th and 21st Century plays. Next Stage performs in Bath and the South West, including Cornwall. In the last two years the company has toured to the Workshop Theatre in New York, the Jermyn Street Theatre in London and The Minack Theatre on the cliffs at Porthcurno. However its permanent home is The Mission Theatre in Bath - an intimate, versatile 100 seater auditorium which Next Stage acquired in 2004.
