New Old Friends

New Old Friends formed in 2008 at Bretton Hall, the comedy hotbed that produced John Godber, Mark Thomas, and three quarters of The League of Gentlemen. They have swiftly gained a reputation as one of the hottest young theatre companies in the South West, producing high quality work merging the worlds of comedy and theatre.

Borne of their belief that theatre can be a viable alternative to the cinema or pub as an evening’s entertainment for young professionals, the company’s mission is simple: to make the kind of shows that they want to watch.
