Based at the University of Bath, the Institute of Contemporary Interdisciplinary Arts (ICIA) presents a public arts programme curated around an annual theme. The season features visual arts, theatre, dance and music with an interdisciplinary emphasis, including a programme of exhibitions, events, films, discussions, practical workshops and classes.
Arts Assistant
Salary: £17,329 - £19,411p.a.

We are looking for an Arts Assistant to provide administrative support to ICIA and act as the first point of contact for customers of our activities. With a proactive and flexible approach, you will work as part of a team selling tickets for events and enrolling participants onto classes, ensuring the highest standard of service and customer care at all times. You will also help to organise and work front of house at events, assist in the delivery of marketing activities, and provide general support to the ICIA team.
With a good knowledge and interest in the arts you will possess excellent communication skills and an ability to prioritise a varied and diverse workload. You will be flexible towards working at evenings and weekends and be able to work as part of a team.
