Marketing for The Rondo Theatre Charity Auction

Farina Communications helps Rondo Theatre Reach Fundraising Target In February this year, Farina Communications worked with The Rondo Theatre to organise a special charity auction event. Between the sale of tickets, the diverse lots to bid on, and the implementation of a Love The Rondo standing order scheme, the evening was a huge success and raised over £3k towards these important programs community programs. When working on The Rondo Charity Event, Farina Communications consulted with The Rondo team to determine the best ways to reach their current customer base, as well as appealing to new ones. Together we implemented email campaigns, direct mailings, data mining, event storyboarding, and securing sponsorship to make the event a success. Rondo Theatre Director Ian McGlynn says, “The auction was a tremendous success for The Rondo, bringing in a welcome injection of funds. Farina Communications played a fundamental role in creating an awareness of the valuable outreach work we do, as well as helping us organise this intricate and important event. We look forward to working with everyone again for the next one!”
