Venue magazine to close

After nearly 30 years as Bristol and Bath's arts and entertainment listings magazine, Venue is due to close. The BBC reports this is due to falling advertising revenue.

Annie McGan's blog publishes a message from Tom Phillips about the forthcoming closure and a call to arms to show support for the magazine.

Only 4 more issues are in the pipeline, with Issue 962 due to be its last.
