The Bristol Legacy Commission Grants Programme is administered by the Quartet Community Foundation and provided in partnership by the Bristol Legacy Commission and Bristol City Council. It is intended for community organisations in Bristol who work to tackle disadvantage against BME communities.

The Bristol Legacy Commission was established by Bristol City Council in 2008 to promote the council's community priorities:
• Cultural representation
• Education and young people
• Health and wellbeing
