The Stage has reported that people are more likely to buy tickets to a performing arts event than a sports match during a recession, according to new research released by the Association of British Orchestras.
The poll, which was conducted by ICM, interviewed a random sample of more than 1,000 adults across the country and the survey was weighted towards the average profile of all adults.
