‘Lead On’ is hosted and facilitated by Moya Harris and Sarah Scott.

This creative gathering of up to 100 disabled people who are in, or aspire to be in, leadership roles within the arts and cultural sector aims to provide:

• A platform to introduce existing ideas about leadership and explore new ones.

• A framework in which you can network, develop new contacts and conversations, rekindle past and ignite new partnerships.

• Progress toward populating the next generation of disabled leaders.

• A unique mix of artists, creative producers, and delivery organisations.

• A beautiful, inspiring and accessible environment in which to relax, think, shape your ideas, open your mind to new possibilities and be surprised.

The event will be FREE, and forms part of the Cultural Leadership Programme’s ongoing commitment to meaningful dialogue with disabled leaders in the sector.

We particularly welcome disabled people who have participated in any previous CLP networks, programmes or events including: DALI, Sync, Leading Edge, and High Time.
